1️⃣ Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete address, phone number, and booking details. Shanti Seva will not be responsible for delays or service issues caused by incorrect information.
2️⃣ Service Conduct
Any misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or unsafe environment towards therapists, beauticians, or trainers is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the service may be stopped immediately without refund.
3️⃣ Service Timing
Service timing may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons. Customers are advised to maintain flexibility in scheduling.
4️⃣ Service Availability & Right to Refuse
Shanti Seva reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in case of:
- Safety concerns
- Unavailability of service provider
- Incomplete or incorrect booking details
In such cases, appropriate refund or rescheduling will be provided.
5️⃣ Working Hours
Our working hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
6️⃣ Booking Rules
- Services must be booked at least 2 hours in advance.
- For early morning services, booking must be made at least 1 day in advance.
7️⃣ Therapist Selection Policy
- Customers may request a preferred therapist.
- For guaranteed selection of a specific therapist, booking must be made for 2–3 hours, subject to availability.
- Final allocation depends on therapist availability.
8️⃣ Partial Payment Policy
- A partial payment is required to confirm booking.
- After confirmation, therapist/beautician/trainer details will be shared.
- Remaining payment (if any) must be completed before or after service as per policy.
9️⃣ Travel Charges
Additional travel charges may apply depending on location and distance.
🔟 Booking Validity
- Booking advance amount is valid for 7 days.
- After 7 days, if booking is not confirmed or scheduled, the advance may be adjusted or forfeited as per policy.
- This validity rule is not applicable when a specific therapist has been confirmed.
