📄 Partial Payment Policy
After making a partial payment, the booking will be confirmed and therapist/beautician/trainer details will be shared by Shanti Seva Team.
If Shanti Seva is unable to provide the service, a full refund will be issued.
Once the service provider details are shared, cancellation is not allowed without valid reason.
In case of cancellation after confirmation, partial payment may be non-refundable depending on service preparation and provider allocation.
